Vietnamese gov't came 2/3 years ago. Study mission for decision makers. 18 high level people visited and started pilot. Set trainer of trainers, to design package in vietnamese. After the consultancy and the pilot, they decided to go on a national scale. 3 year project launched in june 2012 with World Bank.
Contacts for Thanh: UNICEF, social entrepreneur of SKOLL foundation. Head of a civil organization. World Bank person + american living there. Thanh to visit in april/may 2013 (+ Guyana ?)
Other big stake : francophony. Translation then link with I4P, Québec, Sommet de la Francophonie...
